Delivery

If you place an order before 2pm, we aim to dispatch it on the same day. Delivery in the UK mainland is usually within 1-2 days but please allow up to 5 working days for your goods to arrive. Occasionally, however, we may experience unexpected problems with availability. In these circumstances, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Should we not be able to deliver your order within 5 working days, we will e-mail you, to let you know. If your order is split into separate consignments, there will be no extra charge.

Delivery charges to mainland UK

Orders Over £150

For orders over £150 delivery is FREE*.
*NB - if your order includes bait, it must not exceed 10kg to benefit from free delivery.

Orders Under £150

Our standard delivery charge is £7.50. However if your order includes bait of more than 10kg the charge will be £7.50 per 25kg, or part thereof.

Some items (ie Floats, hooks) carry a low cost postage charge of £3.00. Up to 20 low weight items can be ordered together for just £3.00 delivery. Your order must only contain low weight items to benefit from this postage rate.

Orders to Europe

We can also deliver to Europe. Orders must be made by phone so that we can give you a cost for delivery as this will depend entirely on the total weight and destination for your order. Call us on +44(0)1793 522922 Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 17:30 (GMT).

Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. Orders received after 2pm on a Friday will normally be dispatched on the following Monday.

We use a secure delivery service that requires a signature on delivery. We can deliver to a different address to the billing address if required and recommend a daytime address such as a workplace, if you are not at home during the day. In the event that no one is available to sign for the parcel, a note will be left for you to arrange collection or delivery.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return it (unused, in the original packaging) within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. We would suggest that returned items are sent using a secure, signed for service, since in the event of a lost parcel, the sender is responsible for making a claim. Cotswold Angling cannot refund the postage charge. Carriage costs will apply for exchanged goods unless the goods are faulty, or have been sent in error, in which case we will refund postage costs on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
