Can you suggest any good places to go fishing?

We are based in Swindon, Wiltshire and know lots of local fisheries great for the amateur angler or the more enthusiastic fisherman. A particular favourite spot is Walters Lake (http://www.lakepochard.co.uk/walterslake.html ) at the Cotswold Water Park. They have a total of 73 permanent pegs split into 4 canals by a series of islands, there’s even an on-site café which is great to get a hot drink and bacon sandwich. Other places include: South Cerney Angling Club or in Swindon itself Peatmoor and Raychem.
